SmartHide does offer a reliable VPN service, however at $49.95 it is much more expensive than other VPN services with less server locations available than other cheaper VPN services. For a yearly subscription SmartHide charges an astonishing $497 well above competitor prices. The website does accept a range of payment options including Paypal, major credit cards and bank transfers.

SmartHide PRO VPN has limited server locations in the US, Germany, France, Britain and Netherlands. As the most sought after server locations by users are US, UK and Australia, this is not the best VPN service to choose.

What customer service do they offer?

SmartHide have a great response time with customer service, however their customer support is limited to online tickets and troubleshooting guides.
